The City of Spinesreach played host to a foreign delegation this month,
with a Grecht calling himself Talon Yorvhaset of the Nel Arget visiting
the citadel, along with two dragoons along as bodyguards. Meeting with
the citizenry and Senators, he introduced himself as an emissary of
Exarch Rholva the Youthful, recently coronated queen of the Dehkay
Plateau - a great landmass far to the north of the tundral coast.

After exchanging weapons with Chairwoman Moirean in a display of Plateau
custom, the Talon toured the citadel and the city alongside Ferrik and a
group of other citizens, commenting freely on the strange ways of the
flatland southerners. The visit did not take long, and soon enough the
white-armoured Grecht Talon completed his tour and returned to his
bodyguards and his silver taerilan.

After passing back Moirean's weapons and reclaiming his ranseur, the
Talon moved on, declaring his intent to visit each of the four cities of
the mainland in turn. It remains to be seen how the Talon and his
distant Exarch will react to the other cities of Sapience.
