Early in Ios, a pair of wayward ambassadors from the Free City of Delve
found their way through the harlequin portal, seeking out 'the village
of Sapience' under instructions from their masters in the Pious Wards.
To each of the four cities, with varying levels of small-talk and
confusion, they delivered an invitation to Delve, to visit the religious
quarter freely and to learn of the Albedi Gods.

Representatives from all four cities ventured to the foggy city, meeting
with Lord-Provost Wahelei and his taciturn Captain, Guul Rog. The people
of Sapience found much to learn amoung the priests of the myriad Albedi
gods, and listened with interest to discussion of the upcoming
Celebration of the Stars, a months-long celebration featuring visitors
from all across the continent.
