Just a handful of small changes based on player submitted ideas:

* You can now PATH NEAR <destination>, which will path you to 1 room before your actual destination.

* The READNEWS <section> LAST command has been updated so you can supply an optional negative number, i.e. READNEWS ANNOUNCE LAST -20 to read the 20th post before the latest post.

* Entering an invalid command, with CONFIG RANDOM_FAIL turned off, will now tell you what you actually entered.

* The maximum number of aliases you can have has been increased from 100 to 500 (HELP ALIASES).

* The message you get when someone is attempting to revive you is now coloured, so it stands out amongst death spam.
