Bastion of Illdon, Luzith's Lair, Isle of Despair, and Forgotten Dome have all had their reset times increased to match typical standards. Difficulty of Illdon, Isle of Despair, and Luzith's Lair NPCs has been decreased slightly. All quests in Arbothia have been properly added to the quest/quest reward system.
