Modified the background code to allow us to generate NPCs who are neither male nor female.

If you notice any bugs with NPCs that are showing the wrong sex in their attacks, please use the BUG command to report them.

You may also use the bug command to report any NPCs that currently show as male whom you believe should be genderless.
