With the help of Obyn, Three Rock, Rebel's Ridge, Raim Vale, and Torston have all been updated so their quests are in the quests system. HELP MAGHUIR was created to explain that area, plus some hint were set in place concerning things there. A new NPC was added to Spinesreach to cover a quest from Three Rock that was apparently not properly linked up.
