* Config colour attire properly works with extended colours now.
* A city being booned by a Cardinal should no longer leave everybody with system messages.

* The fish in the torturer's caverns drop scales again.
* Fixed the jewelcrafting fan designs so that they decay now.
* Engagement on honors now reflects weeks instead of months.
