- The 'residual_expand' artifact now scales your max capacity to
30%/60%/100% extra, up from 10%/20%/30%.
- You can now speak the word 'Aroilath' to enable/disable the concealing
effect of the 'elusion' artifact. You will still be able to scry other
people with hoods though.
