Bug fixes:

- CITY LINK and CITY UNLINK work outside the city once more.
- Phased players can now see custom emotes from mobiles.
- Fixed the end message from Numbness not always showing.
- Mesmerise will now trigger Kaido Deliverance.
- Hammer Throw will now gain the benefits and penalties of Furor.
- Vomiting from Gutcheck will now be sourced to the giver.
- You can now RIP a leaf from a clover once more.
- Crafted Bindfolds now have a proper decay time.
- Woodlore creatures now properly notify you if they have
successfully afflicted someone.
- You can now CAST RAY in a direction if the room is already lit.
