Further Indorani tweaks:

- Creator tarot now requires 5 hits to destroy, up from 3.
- Deform now reduces constitution for every affliction upon the
target, not just physical afflictions.
- Deform equilibrium recovery cost raised to 5 seconds, up from 4.
- Decay speed lowered to 3 seconds of equilibrium if the target's
constitution is below their statpack default.
- The sycophant now gives stupidity and drains 100 mana, changed
from amnesia.
- Sped up the sycophant attack timer from 18 seconds to 14.
- Increased the chance of stupidity to mess up a base command to
20%, up from 18%.
- The Adder now delivers haemophilia when flung at the target in
addition to current effects.
- Removed the balance cost to ripping off Adder once more.
