Just a few notes:

- Nighting effects have been consolidated into a single form.
- Angel shine is now an angel draining power and does as the AB
instructs.
- Flood abilities now have a new message.
- Freezing the ground now has a new message.
- Campfires have some new messages as well.
- It's possible to become soaked when you DIVE or enter underwater
rooms. No need to fear, it'll go away after standing in dry
location for a while.
- GLANCE, SQUINT, and OBSERVE have been rewritten.
