HELP CREDIT TRANSFER (referenced in HELP CREDITS) can now be referenced with the space (Thanks Madri!). Ashtan removed from HELP BANKS - Eluesis added (Thanks Sibatti!). HELP ARTIFACTS PROPERTIES has been alphabetized and now accurately states that Spirit_Boon does not affect vampires (Thanks Darliea!). HELP RACIAL SKILLS has had many changes and notations added - variances between skillrank/racial skill abilities, added pacing, other things I forgot. Darliea, Madri, Tralendar, and Nantafiria's combined efforts made this possible. HELP POLYARGOS places the ferryman in the proper place. HELP NEWBIEAREAS now has the Tarean Caverns in it. HELP FERALCAVES now talks about blobs instead of vampires. HELP SHASTAAN now makes you want to cry instead of groan about out-of-date scrolls. HELP TUNDRA is now HELP SOUTHERN TUNDRA (and HELP SINNETOK) and also briefly mentions the encampment. I've also fixed a couple of typos floating around.
