Signing for guilded and sanctioned Syssin will now only be secret if you use the 'SECRETSIGN' or 'SSIGN' commands. Regular SIGN will use the signs comprehensible to anyone with the Syssin class. This is to allow Syssin to choose whether or not to use the perk.
