- HELP FORGING POLICY has been added. This is a piece of
reference material which outlines how customizable forging
differs from traditional crafting. This document may change
in the near future, as it is somewhat experimental. I will
do my best to keep you notified of any changes.

- Added references to FORGING POLICY to HELP CRAFTING, HELP
FORGING, and HELP 22.

[Crafting References]
- Shawls can now be referred to as "wraps".

- Shortcapes can now be referred to as "ponchos".

[Misc.]
- Ogrebone, skysilver, and shieldbark are now cacheable -
however, you can only cache up to 10 at a time!

- Keep your eyes peeled for more rare crafting materials.
