I got pretty frustrated trying to read over logs involving Mentis, so
I've recoded it from the ground up:

- Fixed some bugs with Stillmind.
- Changed how combat messages are displayed via Mentis whispers.
- Changed the message you receive for passing on a Mentis affliction.
- Whisper for 'berserk' changed to 'berserking'.
