With the previous additions, HELP PHILOSOPHY and HELP AZDUN have been changed to include references to the new scrolls. Additionally, I added IC [item] and fixed a typo in HELP CACHE. Added the GOLD command to HELP GOLD. Added OFFERINGS SHOW to HELP OFFERINGS. Added CLEARALLALIAS to HELP ALIAS. Added a bit on the guild novicegreeting to HELP NOVICEHEAD. Added Lanos and Rahn to HELP 11. Also fudged around a couple of other indexes nobody cares about.
