Just poking about at bugs quite literally at random. Here is a small
list of obscure tweaks and fixes:

- APPOINTing a player in a secret clan will no longer reveal their name
in the logs.

- Fixed an issue with some denizens not responding to MOBMSG (fun fact:
they weren't mobiles!)

- Citizens of Enorian and Duiran are no longer able pledge into a House
via Kelende.

- You should not be able to eavesdrop on the tells of players who have
you
ignored via Angel Mindread.
