Town criers are here, and will replace the function of your city tutors, regaling your respective cities with their messages.

If you are on your city's council or are city rank 6, you may manipulate a crier by standing before them and using the CRIER command.

Criers are found at the following locations:

Bloodloch - East cavern entrance

Duiran - A spacious valley north of the Hollow

Enorian - Cast in the light of the Beacon

Spinesreach - Before the Winterbreeze Inn
