- The aberrations within the Alcelian Moor have received a nerf to their
moblevel and their attacks. They should be a little easier for players
to attack alone and at lower levels now.

- Fixed a bug where aberrations in the Alcelian Moor were unable to be
killed.

- Fixed a bug with the hunters in the Alaqsii Inlet region giving gold
twice when it was only meant to be given once.
