There exists a new config: CONFIG GRABCORPSES.

Since this was one of the core features of the Lodestone artifact, we've increased the potency of the artifact. It will now also grab items from adjacent rooms, assuming there is no closed door in the way. It will also let you pickup more than one item at once without incurring the standard balance loss.
