After assessing and discussing the nature of Spirituality's Symbols
ability and its potential interactions with other abilities, I have made
the following change:

- Painting will now consume 1s of balance (down from 6s equilibrium).
Those with stamps will use only .5s balance (down from 2s equilibrium)
