Bug fixes:

- Omen will now credit the giver as the killer, rather than the victim.
- Mangle will no longer lower limb damage back to 33% if it is already
higher.
- Illumination Sear can no longer be stacked.
- Night and Darkflood (and conversely the artifact) are now vunerable
to the effects of Illumination Blaze.
- The Bone fetish will now work on Angel Aura, Sand Shield, Soul
Shield, and Wisp Shield.
- Battlefury Raze is no longer obstructed by damaged legs.
- Tempest AB file updated to show that Empowerments will not work with
it.
- Blaze now wipes the empowerment when it procs.
- Skyward aimed Catapult traps no longer set off untrapped errors.
- Fixed Spike breaking when it successfully kills a player.
