It is Sunday, the 19th of January, and the following changes have been implemented:

- Receiving a letter through the mail now has the mail-receiving line sent through a new 'mail' GMCP Comm.Channel so you don't miss your important letters in combat/bashing!

- Added a new rule to HELP CSHOUT. Going forward, any custom shout needs to be flexible enough to fit most any context shouting would be used. Your character will not always be giggling, muttering, mourning, etc when shouting; with that in mind, custom shouts that present something one-note or permanent emotion in this vein will now be rejected.

- Please be aware that enforcement of this rule will be retroactive; any shouts we feel break this new rule will be asked to change to something within our guidelines.

- Added Haelra's most favourite emote: RALLY for everyone everywhere to use.

- Added CONFIG WOUNDVALUES. Not going to be a game changer, but it'll give you some extra information to work with.

- Iron shots for Forging now have a crafting design that you can obtain.

- Fixed Soulcage / Rememberance cooldown not working.
