I fixed some consistency issues with affliction tracking upon one of the level 200 skills. Previously, it was inconsistent across all the level 200s whether it would tell you which affliction was being delivered, from all points of views (caster, target, witness). Now, in all cases, the affliction will be shown on the caster and witness messages, and hidden on the target message.
