It is Monday, the 13th of February, and the following changes have been implemented:

- Ambassador Aides can now edit chelp files.

- Fixed the progression of an Archivist class specific quest formerly claimed by shadowrot! Those of you on the quests archivists_lever, archivists_device or archivists_bunker may need to abandon and restart the questline if you seek to complete it.

- It is no longer possible to raise multiple shrines next to each other in a city.

- HELP HUNTING GROUNDS has been updated with a bit more information on various items.

- You can now disband fortified troops since it can only be done at the barracks anyway.

- Gravitation Reverse no longer works on divisions.

- Mobiles getting hit from range now chase toward the attacker more quickly.

- Fixed tokens being visible when using Refining Destabilize.

- Fixed a typo with proc'ing the 'blackstar' affliction.

- Fixed being able to disband a division that is under attack in the barracks.
