Troops can now only march a maximum of 20 rooms before they will be unable to march any further. Once one hour has passed since the last marching order given to them, they will be able to move the maximum again.

Additional changes:
- New division command: ORDER <division> REPORT STATUS.
- Removed divisions being able to bash on doors (for now at least).
