Twin foci updates:

- A gateway on a twin foci can now only be entered by citizens of the person who opened the gateway.
* That means that the first two cities to open up gateways on each end are the only people who can contest the foci.
- The amount of people from a city allowed within a twin foci is now 3, up from 2.
- A dead player in a twin foci zone will now count towards your player max until they revive.

Major foci updates:

- The option to REFINING GATEWAY OPEN TETHER has been removed in the gateway contention.
* You can still REFINING GATEWAY OPEN CITY.
