You can no longer take command of a division over another commander who has the same rank as you.

Likewise, using the CITY ASSIGN command now puts troops on cooldown for 10 seconds after you use it, if they are not within the city walls.

Non-conscript divisions (that is, troops not conscripted by a city such as those given out during an event) now have access to the ORDER <division> COMMANDER <person> command to swap commanders.

This likely won't be the most popular change, but this has been put in place to ensure that marching cannot be tag-teamed for quick marches across the game map and that commanders are unwieldly to change once out in the field.

Select your commanders wisely!
