A few extra sources of experience bonuses have been moved to PvE only.

Also, I have now split enhancements and statpack bonuses into separate categories instead of being combined under statpack functions. That means they'll now be separate for things like AUDIT <thing> and can be altered differently from statpack bonuses.

Right now it is only really relevant for enhancement experience bonuses as I have moved them to PvE only, while statpack experience bonuses continue to work for all sources.
