The pylon of Spinesreach has been reconnected so that access to it is more central within the Citadel. Some things have been moved around a little bit to have it fit better.

Additionally, I have also removed the shortcut tunnels beneath the city that are accessible from the Inner Gate so that it better matches other cities in terms of pathing. If your house was in the tunnels, you can ask to have it moved at no cost to a different part of the city.
