- Added dithering to prompt options, see CONFIG PROMPT or HELP CUSTOM PROMPT.
- Cleaned up CONFIG PROMPT a bit.
- CONFIG PROMPT STATS <on|off> now toggles your bal/eq status for default prompts.
- CONFIG PROMPT <on|off> will actually turn off the prompt now (GMCP info is still delivered).
- Default prompt is now "-" instead of "[]" when prompt is off, which is somewhat relevant for newly created characters.
- Fixed a bug where custom prompts would not receive GMCP info in blackout, while non-custom prompts did. Now everyone receives GMCP.
