Melthur in Torston no longer accepts bullfrogs, and now only takes the normal frogs you can find in Torston.

When we bumped up the number of bullfrogs in the game dramatically, and lowered their respawn time, for Apothecary we didn't realize this quest existed and took all frogs. As such, it's had the unintended effect of turning Melthur into the most rewarding quest in the game (over twice more rewarding than the next quest, and significantly easier).
