- Masochism effects now happen while off balance or equilibrium.
- The last use of Quicken should now affect equilibrium recovery times.
- Vials dropped in newbie areas are now properly considered vials.
* Important for references such as EMPTYVIAL or use with shops.
- Defend abilities have been fixed so they cannot be chained.
- Blade charge/reaping is no longer lost should someone Defend your strikes.
- Tip jars now deposit their tax payments into the Chancellery account.
* Before the gold disappeared into the void, awkward.
- Troop conscripts now have custom messages when in battle with divisions.
* Only applies to city loyal troops currently.
- Fixed a missing message showing the troops being flanked when a division lands the final blow.
- Fixed a bug causing a mobile's search radius for tracking to get reset earlier then it should.
- Crafter's mark now always shows on all crafted items, except mail.
- Fixed the 'craftstamp' artifact to work with multiple customisations.
- You can no longer UPROOT a CTF flag while phased.
- The CTF arena now allows you to communicate across areas via channels.
- The CTF preparation rooms (the place you go when you die) are now isolated from communication.
- You can now use the CTF verb and its various commands while holding the CTF flag.
- The LEADING verb is now a combat safe command.
- Cityless players can now join a Tether vs. Tether CTF game.
* They will be placed into Ashtan's old preparation room, renamed to be more default.
- Urban locations now remain burnt for longer after a fire.
- EMLIST now categories restricted emotes, such as those only a race can use.
- EMSHOW will now show what restrictions are place upon the emote, if they have any.
- The Hunting skillset no longer tells you how many lessons you need to invest for the next skill.
* Mostly applies to leveling up, since there's no lessons involved.
- The 'linked_container' artifact can no longer be paired with itself.
