Pit of Xa'azamit update

- If an enemy is fallen, the Pit now bypasses levitation once more.
- The first time the Pit affects someone, it will not cause any effect to them despite their state.
* This is tracked for the entire duration of the Pit's existence.
- When the Pit is summoned, the Pit will attempt to immediately pull people in.

Originally I changed the Pit to prevent Aegis/Pit combos which favoured fortifying in a room, instead of the intended use where I wanted Pit to be used as a fortification breaker.

With the first tick no longer affecting people, it should no longer be particularly useful alongside the Aegis ability, so I imagine it should be ok to roughly revert it back.

Hopefully this should favour aggressive over passive use with the changes, especially with the free tick on summon.
