After watching a video on a plumbata, I've decided to add them in.

Called a war dart in our realm, forgers can create this thrown weapon and craft designs for it. You can also reference it as a plumbata if you'd prefer your custom design to be named that way.

I've also added custom weapon messages to thrown items from outside the same room.
