Hey guys, some changes to PvE here to address powercreep. Make sure you read through:
- Damage buffs (such as orbs, amulets, etc) now stack additively instead of multiplicatively.
In some extreme cases, it was possible to stack enough small buffs that you could essentially get an extra 20-30% worth of damage. This is to level that out.
- Rolling for higher critical hits is now more difficult, the standard x2 crit chance remains the same however.
The addition of critical hit artifacts and consumables have pushed criticals to a stage that its fairly common to be rolling crits that one-shot max level mobs with the right buffs. This change is to address specifically high end criticals from happening too often so we don't have to rely on the critical immune flag (or resistances) as much.
- (Bug fix) The Viciousness racial should now properly apply +5% crit chance to blunt/cutting attacks.
Before it provided +0.0005% bonus. Now it provides +5% properly.
