Added ways to preview flair, styles and voxes. Note that not all items shown
are obtainable (e.g. some are order rewards, used by gods, etc...)

- FLAIR AVAILABLE will show all existing flairs.
- FLAIR VIEW <type> has been tweaked to show details even if you do not own the
flair.

- STYLE AVAILABLE [class/skill] will show all existing styles. See HELP STYLES
for what to use to filter by class or bashing attack.
- STYLE PREVIEW <style> will show all available skills for a particular style.

- VOX AVAILABLE will show all existing vox iterators. Except Divine ones.
- Added VOX VIEW <type> to match argument order. VOX <type> VIEW still works.
This has also been tweaked to view any enabled vox iterators.
