* This wouldn't affect you if you had access via other city powers.
- A small amount of land around each city has been set to captured.
* This is so your troops get a combat buff near your city walls.
- Troops should no longer be prevented from marching between two areas.
- Fixed a small bug with merging troops of a certain size.
