For those of you that like to spice up your tells a little: If you send a tell starting with " or ending with ", it will automatically get stripped now instead of showing a double ".

e.g. tell keroc "Hello, Starborn." You feel Razmael's anxiousness as he reaches out to you. "Please don't nerf my class."
Will now look correct when it's sent to Keroc.
