I was looking into some complaints about fertilizer not working on hemp, and discovered that the bug was causing fertilizer to not work on ANY plant without a regrowth timer. I've fixed this now, and I'll be going through logs for this farming season and adding bundles of hemp to people's inventories based on the average amount of extra hemp they would have expected.

While I was at it, I've also added two different messages for when you gain an extra plant from fertilizer or the scythe, so you can better see those two things working.
