Couple of bug fixes and small changes here:

- Fixed Firstaid curing hidden afflictions with more knowledge then it should know.
- Fixed Firstaid not clearing the Renew queue when it has no afflictions to cure.
- Hidden afflictions now display a message when you receive one, providing you have CONFIG AFFLICTION_VIEW enabled.
* Previously it showed if you had Firstaid on, now it shows for everyone.
* Added a new type of hidden affliction, superhidden, which will hide this message for certain skills.
- Inciting Swirl is now superhidden.
- Empowered Changeheart is now superhidden.
- Hallucinations from boosted Sporulation is now superhidden.
- The delivery of the voyria venom is now superhidden.
- Psi Dull is now superhidden.
