Some small tweaks to Archivist to make them a little more attractive:

- Incite Triangle, Square, and Circle equilibrium recovery time decreased to 2.3, down from 2.5.
- The delay on Trace moving your token decreased to 3 seconds, down from 4.
- Star Incitation reworked:
* Now allows you to swap places with your token, should it be placed somewhere.
* This is a channeled action.
- Lens Impression reworked:
* Prevents enemies from being able to GLANCE into your location.
- Veil now hides you from WHO and QW in addition to current functions.
