A number of abilities now check you do not have the destroyed_throat, ripped_throat, or crippled_throat afflictions. The list of these abilities include: Icebreath, Firebreath, Acidbreath, Deadbreath, Mother's Kiss, Screech, Belch, Vocalizing, Horsemanship Recall, and various methods of communication.

Just a note that most of these abilities already had some checks, however this should make things more uniform.
