The LEARNED syntax has been fixed up to be more accurate overall. Please note that due to rounding errors and accumulation of such, it will always be impossible to have a 100% accurate count. The 'Remaining' and 'Next Rank' columns should only have an error margin of +- 1. The 'Learned' count will continue to have a wider error margin due to the accumulation of rounding errors, however.
