- Increased the base limb damage on kicks and punches for Tekura.
- Tiger and Cobra have been lowered to +20% limb damage, down from +30%
- Tiger bonus block chance reduced to +5%, down from +10%
- Tiger bonus speed reduced to -0.5s, down from -1s.

This should put Tiger back to where it roughly was, while giving all other stances a bit extra oomph.
