Shipangonoro in Skythrone will no longer take the corpses of their own slaves for his quest. All slaves are now loyal to Skythrone, so they will not provide experience. No NPCs in Skythrone should provide XP - if they do, it should be bugged. Lastly, attacking slaves will get you enemied to Skythrone and also call guards just like with the other NPCs.
