Hi folks!

It's been brought to my attention that the fireworks on the artifact cart were majorly mispriced proportionate to their intended value, and the value set for their tradein.

I've just gone through and updated all of them, and the new prices (in credits, as this is how the cart calculates) are as follows:

- Emblazoned (guild) reduced from 15 credits -> 8.
- Patriotic (city) reduced from 30 credits -> 15.
- Glory/Wheel (tether) reduced from 60 credits -> 30.
- Unsupervised (gamewide) reduced from 120 credits -> 60.
