Class Changes follow up

Hi folks,
A little bit of follow up here after the Renew / Fitness changes. It includes some changes directed at further tweaks to classes affected from the changes, plus a few odds and ends.
Artifacts
==============================
- GOGGLE SCAN now has a equilibrium cost associated with it.
* This came in during a time when oversight was poor. Quickassess and contemplate should be the goto for health/mana tracking.
Battlefury / Riving
==============================
- Duality / Duplicity balance recovery time increased by 0.1 seconds.
Bladefire / Chirography
==============================
- Waterflow / Iyedlo now reduces Doubleswing / Fell by 0.3 seconds, up from 0.2.
Bombcrafting
==============================
- Flashbomb reworked:
* When the bomb detonates, it will clear all instances of Blocking.
Enchantment
==============================
- When a monolith sigil is checked for, if there is more then one, the extras are now destroyed.
* This does not apply to monoliths in a stockroom.
- Pestilence ring will now work through shield and barrier.
- Pestilence ring is now only blocked by being entangled or paralysed.
Ferality
==============================
- Ferality limb trauma has been lowered a bit and set to static values.
- Skullwhack damage has been increased by a small amount.
- Skullwhack unconsciousness timer has been increased to 2.2 seconds, up from 2.
- Bodypunch stun timer has been increased to 1.2 seconds, up from 1.
Hypnosis

- Dissipate shadow balance recovery time reduced to 3.75 seconds, down from 4.
- Void shadow balance recovery time reduced to 5.5 seconds, down from 6.
Kaido
==============================
- Strike reworked:
* Depending on the trauma to the torso, it will deal limb trauma to all other limbs.
* For every 5% of torso trauma, every other limb will take 1% of trauma.
* The damage on the torso is then healed after this attack.
* The 25 second cooldown remains in place.
Modifications (Research)
==============================
- Removed modification: Inhibition.
- Wellness no longer restores you completely, just so that you are not hungry and awake.
Purification
==============================
- Pendulum cooldown increased to 20 seconds, up from 10.
Savagery / Warding
==============================
- Spinning / Lacerate balance recovery time increased by 0.1 seconds.
- Doublebash / Maul balance recovery time increased by 0.1 seconds.
Zeal
==============================
- Dislocate can no longer target legs.
- Dislocate will now fail when used on a damaged limb.
