Hi folks!

Thanks to an enterprising Celani, I'm pleased to introduce PRAYTO! This can be used to send an IC prayer to the Immortal of your choice and should provide a much more immersive and IC communication option than messages.

While there is a short equilibrium cost attached to this in order to prevent spamming, PRAYTO can be used from anywhere in the game.

Syntaxes:

PRAYTO <Immortal> <prayer> - sends your prayer. No guarantee of read, receipt, or survival.
PRAYTO LIST - lists available Immortals for prayers.
