- [2995] Flay will now always deliver a venom, but it will not if:
* They are affected by hypnosis and you were unsuccessful in stripping a defence.
* They have either rebounding or shield after stripping a defence.

Miscellaneous

- [2981] Orrery orbs are now dropped upon non-normal movement like the CTF flag.
- [2987] Elemental shroud relics now use the appropriate damage type with their BLAST attack.
* I had to rewrite the earth shroud to accomodate a poison effect.
- [2987] Elemental shroud BLAST attack equilibrium recovery decreased to 3.75 seconds, down from 4.
- [2999] All player loyal mobiles are no longer affected by PvE-only specific boosts.
* This should give them better resilience in general and even out the playing field a bit.
- [3017] Dath designs can now support more colours, use COLOURS NAMES.

Research

- [3011] Leystone manipulations now last through death.
- [3011] Topazine city power changed to plus 5% divert chance, from 2% dodge.
- [3011] Topazine manipulation power changed to 3% dodge chance, down from 8%.
